Water Utility [2011 – 2013]
Documentum is used as the central repository for all content that is posted from the several regions using Captiva e−Input. The enterprise content management system also integrates to the various modules of the ERP system (SAP): HR, Finance, Plant Maintenance. Transaction related content from SAP is dynamically captured and presented on request. The systems share metadata as well as audit trails. Sword SA was responsible for the implementation, maintenance & application support of the total ECM environment.

Development Finance Institution [2012 – 2015]

Sword SA implemented the Enterprise Content Management solution that comprises Documentum, Captiva InputAccel and Microsoft SharePoint. The content management environment was integrated into the SAP ERP environment. SWORD had overall responsibility for the implementation, system integration and project management. The SharePoint integration was crucial for the system adoption. Most of the client users were quite familiar with SharePoint, which they used mostly for collaboration. The integration of Documentum, Microsoft SharePoint and SAP provided a unique proposition for this industry leader satisfying the requirement for confidentiality, auditability of transactions and flexibility of business processes.

Investment Bank [2014 – 2015]

The implementation and integration of a Document Management System (Documentum) was undertaken by SWORD as a pilot for a global initiative. The key challenge comprised the deployment of Documentum and the primary integration of credit risk management to RICOS (Financial Analysis System) The implementation in South Africa was a precursor to a global rollout.

Government Agency (Intellectual Property Administration) [2006 – current]

SWORD implemented a mission−critical system for intellectual property management. The project scope encompasses the 4 business domains. The multi−tier system comprises an intranet service for office-based administration as well as a cloud−based service that includes electronic filing, intellectual property query system, billing, and a monthly electronic journal with local and international subscribers.

Billetterie Software (Process automation, case management, service process digitization) [2015 - current]

CIPC Billetterie V2.5 currently in operation since 2015. This is an enterprise-wide deployment with an integration to an agile Telephony system connecting the entry point of the call center to the rest of the organization, fully flexed, automation driven and integrated to automate CIPC legacy applications to the automation engine. Billetterie IPM: This is a full-fledged business to government/business automation product with electronic filing and secure digital signature portal integration, fully secure and complaint to the ECT act.
